High frequency welding header pipe is widely used in air conditioning heat exchange system: parallel flow condenser, evaporator. Parallel flow condenser is mainly made up of flat tube and corrugated type shutter fin, with header pipe at both ends, according to the spacers in header pipe, it can be divided into multiple parallel flow condenser and unit parallel flow condenser. Because the unit type without segment, its refrigerant flow in the same direction, multiple type condenser is interrupted by spacers in header pipe, its biggest characteristic is high efficiency heat transfer, compact structure, header pipe material uses 3003 aluminum alloy with welding flux outside.
